"Une perle rare dans l'immobilier"
"Nous avions mis en vente notre maison dans 2 agences depuis plusieurs mois sans mouvement. Puis nous avons contacté Blandine. Déjà au départ l'approche était différente, sincère pas juste une affaire de commerce. Puis les visites sont arrivées et l'espoir de vendre est revenu. Enfin une proposition fiable, bien ficelée, argumentée! Puis la vente avec l'accompagnement jusqu'au bout de Blandine. Hormis les qualités professionnelles et les méthodes modernes efficaces utilisées par Blandine, viennent s'ajoutés la réactivité, l'efficacité, la bienveillance et même l'humour (elle me comprendra ;-) ), aucune ombre au tableau, un vrai plaisir! "Blandine, une professionnelle compétente et humaine"
"J’ai rencontré Blandine pour vendre mon appartement dans un quartier en pleine transformation . Elle a su mettre à l’avantage les qualités de ce bien par une annonce précise et des photos fidèles à ce qu’elle a décrit . Blandine a su aussi faire appel au réseau IAD ce qui a permis avec sa collègue également compétente de trouver des acquéreurs dans un délai raisonnable. A chaque visite , Blandine me relatait le déroulement de la visite et les remarques qui nous ont permis de réajuster le prix de vente de l’appartement. J’ai eu la chance de rencontrer une conseillère compétente, humaine et à l’écoute . L’association avec sa collègue a permis de rencontrer les acheteurs . Bravo à Blandine pour sa patience aussi, devant mes hésitations;partir d’un lieu necessite un accompagnement qu’elle elle a su réaliser .. Si c’était à refaire » pas tout de suite quand meme » je ferai le même choix! Merci à Blandine !"
