We recently completed the purchase of an apartment in Toulouse city center with Antoine’s help. Throughout the process Antoine Molines was exceptionally accommodating, going above and beyond to assist us. He made a genuine effort to communicate with us in English and was refreshingly transparent about the potential downsides of the apartment. One of the main concerns was that the apartment is located above a club. To provide us with accurate insights, Antoine spent a night in the apartment himself to assess the noise levels firsthand. Thanks to this, he was able to share a well-informed perspective. He also agreed to arrange a second meeting with us at 1 AM so we could see for ourselves what the noise levels were like and allow us to make a fully informed decision. Beyond the apartment search, Antoine provided invaluable support in settling in. He recommended a notary (and followed up with them to make sure when there were delays), assisted with setting up gas, electricity, and water connections, and even put our name on the mailbox. Coming from another country, these thoughtful gestures made a significant difference for us, and we are incredibly grateful for his help.
