Très déçue de la transaction

J’ai acquis en février 2022 via M. MONTMORY une maison de bourg à Meilhaud, il me manque toujours tout un tas de clés (serrure de porte d’entrée, verrou de la porte d’entrée qui amène au salon ainsi qu’une clé de cave, c’est le travail de l’intermédiaire de s’assurer qu’il y a toutes les clés de chaque serrure ou verrou lors de la vente d’un bien immobilier, sinon il doit le signaler au notaire lors de la signature de l’acte, encore faut il qu’il soit présent, ce qui n’était pas le cas. A ce jour, un mois après la signature de l’acte, je suis toujours en attente de ces clés, que les propriétaires se sont engagés à fournir par la suite à M. MONTMORY, ce n’est pas à moi, acquéreur, de faire changer les serrures du fait que je n’ai pas les clés pour ouvrir la porte de la cave ou fermer la porte d’entrée. Inadmissible. Ce n’est pas professionnel de la part d’un conseiller en immobilier.
