Pierre Godfrin s’est montré très réactif, efficace et sérieux lors de la mise en vente , et la vente de mon appartement à Rennes. Rassurant et disponible, il a rapidement rentré mon bien, avec de belles photos à l’appui, et trouvé acquéreurs en très peu de visites. L’estimation du prix de mon appartement avait donc été juste. La transaction s’est ensuite bien déroulée, avec échanges, écoute, et suivi tout au long du parcours, et ce jusqu’à la signature de l’acte authentique.
