Très bonne qualité au départ mais moyen et même mauvaise après avoir trouvé l’acquéreur pour le suivi, aide et conseils pour vider l’appartement vers la fin de la prestation. Se mettent plus du côté de l’acquéreur et non du vendeur. La vente de mon bien allait s’annuler à la dernière minute à cause de leur réflexion sur l’état des lieux car soi-disant que je n’avais pas complètement vider l’appartement et que ce n’était pas assez propre alors que si ça l’était. Et en plus proposent à l’acquéreur d’annuler la vente de mon appartement se qui m’a stressé. Heureusement que l’acheteur était plus compréhensif qu’eux.

Je recommande à 200% Patrice & Lucie, ils ont fait un travail remarquable pour la vente de mon appartement. Seulement 4 jours après la diffusion il y a eu 2 visites débouchant sur 2 offres, en 2 mois l'appartement été vendu. Patrice & Lucie ont toujours fait preuve de professionnalisme, ils sont à l'écoute, toujours disponible et font preuve de compréhension.
