"Le courant est tout de suite passé avec Jérémy ! Du premier coup de téléphone suite à l’annonce immobilière jusqu’à la signature devant notaire, l’ensemble du processus d’acquisition de notre appartement a été simple et efficace. J’ai été très impressionné par sa réactivité, sa prévenance et sa grande convivialité. Il a su rassurer les deux parties quand c'était nécessaire (acheteur et vendeur) avec beaucoup de tact et de professionnalisme. Je le recommande vivement ! "Jérémy Sourice, une perle rare"
"Choisir une agence ou un expert dans l’immobilier n’était pas une tâche facile pour vendre mon appartement alors que je me trouve loin. Mes critères étaient professionnalisme, connaissance du marché, technicité, humanité. J’ai eu un coup de cœur pour Jérémy toujours positif et souriant. Il a rempli tous ces critères et a accompli certaines démarches à ma place. L’estimation correspondait à la fourchette de prix du moment, mais dans l’époque d’aujourd’hui tout va si vite et il faut savoir réagir et écouter les conseils de Jérémy. Jérémy vous fait le point très régulièrement sur les visites. Je sais que j’ai fait le bon choix, il m’a beaucoup appris et qui plus est il a vendu mon bien à la bonne personne et cela me fait d’autant plus plaisir. Nos échanges me manquent déjà car Jérémy est cerise sur le gâteau une perle rare."
