Beaucoup de visites, des conseils pour mise en valeur du studio, présence assidue, ténacité, disponibilité.
En négatif, quelques visites non conformes aux critères des acheteurs, inutiles donc.
Dans l'ensemble un bon choix, agent souriant, dynamique, voulant aboutir à la vente.
La vente s'est finalement faite grâce au vendeur, par connaissance. Cela n'enlevant rien aux compétences de l'agent.
